Registered Office Address
We provide a UK office address to use as a company registered office address and company directors service address. You can use our UK office address in replacement of your home address to protect it from public view on the Companies House register.
HMRC, Companies House, and other UK government agencies require all companies to have a registered office in the UK. This must be a physical location in the United Kingdom to receive official documents and notices. Also, it’s a legal requirement all registered office addresses must be certified by the UK government.
Business Address
Our Sole Trader business address can be used in replacement of your home address when trading as a sole trader. For example; eBay and Amazon eCommerce platforms require registered traders to have a physical business address. This address is publicly available.
Please note: that a business address is different from a trading address. A business address is primarily where you would conduct your business correspondence from suppliers, banks, and clients sent to you, but your trading address is where you would conduct your day-to-day business from, sending goods or supplies to your customers.
A business and trading address can be combined and used as one, but we only support the use of our business address for administration correspondence and the occasional receipt of a parcel.

You don’t require a personal correspondence address, then open a FREE Po Box on a Pay-As-You-Go plan. Mail received to your Po Box would then be subjected to Pay-As-You-Go rates. You can share your Po box with family and friends!!

Utilise our unique Mail Management Platform (PostaCrypt™) to process your mail safely and securely. Your received mail is barcoded and logged into our system before being scanned and uploaded to our secure encrypted storage facility
