We are a team of passionate and enthusiastic members with a wealth of experience from all walks of life.
From ex-civil servants to a postmistress and our very own full-stack developer.
Together we offer our services to help you run your virtual office and mail forwarding professionally and efficiently.
Our Story
It all began when one of our team who ran a small online business lost a very important supply contract because she failed to sign and return it.
The reason why she didn’t return it?.. simple, she never received it.
Apparently, it had been scanned and sent via email, but she never received it.
Emails to the company only resulted in apologies and reference to their terms and conditions – which she found out to her dismay stated that scan and email was the default setup of their service.
A search for a more secure way of receiving her mail, only resulted in her finding out this is the default way of many mail forwarding and company service providers.
After a few coffees with friends and colleagues, soon realised she was not the only one to have suffered this type of problem. As a result, PostaCrypt™ was developed to scan and upload to a secure encrypted cloud platform. Important mail can then be downloaded instantly from anywhere in the world.

Why should you trust us?
To be honest, there is no simple, straightforward answer to that question. When you deal with companies and services on the internet, it comes inherently with risks.
You may be presented with a professionally built website while searching for a particular service. But, unfortunately, you have no idea who exactly is the people behind that website.
We know you may be uncomfortable with people you do not know opening your mail and accessing your personal or business affairs. This is perfectly understandable.
To help you make the correct decision, we can tell you our team members have been employed in some very sensitive roles. Dealing in confidential and personal files has required members of our group to undergo vetting procedures listed below.

A non-disclosure agreement is a legally binding contract that creates a confidential relationship. The parties signing the agreement agree that sensitive information they may obtain will not be made available to any others.

Company Policy
Our company policy stipulates that all staff undergo a DBS check and sign NDA. Protecting customer’s data and maintaining a solid client relationship is one of our top priorities.
