Description:
A company registered office address will be provided for 12 months to receive statutory correspondence from HMRC and Companies House. 
All official statutory mail will be barcoded and logged into our mail system. It will then be scanned and uploaded to our secure online facility. Our system will automatically inform you by email, you have new mail uploaded into your account for you to view and download from anywhere in the world.  
Optionally, official statutory mail can be forwarded if requested. Storage facilities are also available should you require them to be retained.
Please note: The registered office address is for company official statutory mail only. If you require further mail forwarding services for the company, they would be charged at PAYG rates.

All companies incorporated in the UK are required by law to have an address where official correspondence can be sent. The company registered office address must also appear on all letterheads, invoices, and places of trading. It must also be a physical address located within the UK.
Your home address can be used if it is located within the UK. For security purposes, this is not advisable as it will appear on the public companies house register. 
It’s also important to note that once your home address has been used as a registered office it will remain as a permanent record on the companies house register even if you change it at a later date.

The registered office service can only be used by companies that are planning to incorporate or are already incorporated in England & Wales. Companies that are incorporated in Scotland (SC) or Northern Ireland (NI) are required to have a registered office in those jurisdictions.
Statutory mail is scanned and uploaded onto our secure encrypted platform and sent only as an email link.
Sending scanned mail as attachments is inherently unsafe and not recommended. Read our post on email attachments.

Failure to act on official mail can trigger HMRC investigations and your company could be struck off Companies House Register. You must also bear in mind that directors can be held personally accountable for negligence.
