At officeclerk we don’t believe in scanning your mail and sending it via email. This is a very insecure way of forwarding your mail. Do you receive any confidential mail attachments from your bank? No, neither do we and you should not receive your mail that way either.

Recent correspondence with Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) reinforced why we don’t send any scanned mail via attachments.
We received this from an officer who stated we must agree they would not to be held responsible for communicating via email.
