The formation and incorporation of a company. Company documents provided will include an Electronic Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, and Share Certificates in downloadable PDF format.
A registered office address will be provided for 12 months to receive official correspondence from HMRC and Companies House.
One director’s service address will be provided for 12 months to protect your residential address from appearing on the Companies House public register. If you require more then refer to our director’s address service.
All official statutory mail will be barcoded and logged into our mail system. It will then be scanned and uploaded to our secure online facility. Our system will automatically inform you by email, that you have new mail uploaded into your account for you to view and download.
Please Note: This product only supports “Model” articles of association. These are the standard default articles a company can use. They are prescribed by the Companies Act 2006.

We only accept orders for companies limited by shares, with you as the sole director with one share.
You can at a later date contact Companies House directly to add more directors.
All companies are legally required to have a director appointed. The director is responsible for the running of the company, accounts, records, and reporting to HMRC and Companies House.
The Memorandum of Association is a legal document in agreeing to form a company by the initial shareholders and to take at least one share.
The Articles of Association are rules set out on how the directors and shareholders will run the company.

A company registered office is included, but you change it at a later date to your home address as long as it’s located within the UK. For security purposes, this is not advisable as it will appear on the public companies house register.
It’s also important to note that once your home address has been used as a registered office it will remain as a permanent record on the Companies House register even if you change it at a later date.
You need to choose a unique company name to provide Companies House. You will also need to provide the director’s full name, residential address, service address, date of birth, nationality, occupation, telephone number, place of birth, and three security questions.

Registering a company will normally be within 6-8 hours on business days. This can depend on how busy Companies House is on that day.
Your director’s service address can only be used to receive official company mail addressed directly to the director. To receive general business mail purchase our mail forwarding package for directors.
Statutory mail is scanned and uploaded onto our secure encrypted platform and sent only as an email link.
