You can either purchase a prepaid plan, save yourself money and receive a personalised mail box address or simply sign up for a free box address on a pay-as-you-go plan.
Small parcels must adhere to our size classification.

How it works:
(a) We receive your mail where it is barcoded and logged into our mail management system. If your account is a free Pay-As-You-Go, your account balance will be debited a mail receiving processing fee. Pre-paid paying packages will not be charged this fee.
(b) Your mail will then be scanned. Depending on how your account is set up, we will scan the envelope only, or the envelope and contents and upload it to our secure online facility. Each item scan is charged to your account at the PAYG rate.
Prepaid packages will have their free scan quota deducted until exhausted, thereafter their deposit account will be debited at the pre-paid package rate.
Example:
A free PAYG Po box is charged as follows:-
A mail receiving fee + envelope scan of mail + (**pages in envelope) x £0.90 = £Total
For example:
A letter received:-
Receiving fee (£0.90) + Envelope scan (£0.90) + 1 Page in envelope (£0.90) = £2.70
A parcel received:-
Receiving fee (£0.90) + Envelope scan (£0.90) = £1.80 + Forward charge (Refer to mail forwarding)
A pre-paid Po box is charged as follows:-
Free scan quota x (**pages in the envelope)) = £Total
Thereafter, you will be charged the following rates:-
(Pre-paid package rate) x (**pages in envelope) x £0.90 = £Total
For example:
A letter received:-
Receiving fee (£0.00*) + Envelope scan (£0.00*) + 1 Page in envelope (Pre-paid) = £Total
A parcel received:-
Receiving fee (£0.00*) + Envelope scan (£0.00*) = £0.00 + Forward charge (Refer to mail forwarding)
* There is no mail receiving fee or envelope scans on pre-paid address packages.
Thereafter if you have purchased the £72.00 package:-
A letter received:-
Receiving fee (£0.60) + Envelope scan (£0.60) + 1 Page in envelope (£0.60) = £1.80
A parcel received:-
Receiving fee (£0.60) + Envelope scan (£0.60) = £1.20 + Forward charge (Refer to mail forwarding)
**If requested to be opened
(c) Our system will then automatically inform you by email, you have new mail uploaded into your account for you to view/download and make a decision.
If you decide you require us to open the envelope then simply reply to the email with your instructions. Our mail system will automatically log your request and we will scan the contents and upload them into your account. Any request to forward or store mail is additionally charged to your deposit account.
