How it works:

(a) We receive your mail where it is barcoded and logged into our mail management system. Your deposit account will be debited a mail receiving fee.

(b) Your mail will then be scanned. Depending on your requirements – we will scan the envelope only, or the envelope and contents and upload it to our secure online facility.

Example:

A PAYG correspondence address is charged as follows:-
Receiving fee (£0.90) + Envelope scan (£0.90) + 1 Page in envelope ** (£0.90) = £2.70

**If requested to be opened

(c) Our system will then automatically inform you by email that you have new mail.

Please Note: Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm UK time. All mail forwarding will be carried out within that time period.

Important

This service cannot be used as a Company Registered Office Address, Directors Service Address, or Sole Traders Business Address. If you require any of those services, then you will need to purchase those from our business services section.

You must be a resident of the United Kingdom to use this service.

A minimum credit of £20 is required on PAYG accounts before activation.

All accounts must have a deposit account in credit before any mail is scanned, stored, or forwarded.

If we receive mail to an account that has no credit we will hold the mail within the 30-day free storage period to contact the account holder and inform them of the situation.
